As a client of Dancing Bear, you can download your files from our server. 

To access the files, please Click Here and login with the username and password that you were given. Please contact us if you have any problems

Downloading Tracks

Once you login you should be automatically in your top level directory - if not, the small dropdown to the top left will take you there.  You will probably have only three folders - Your company folder, a documents folder where I will put some help files and a show reels folder.

Inside the directory you see all your products listed in folders. Use this like any file manager on a PC. Double click a folder to open it. To download a single track, right click on the track and select Download.

To download multiple files, simply select multiple files as you would on your computer, right click and select download - the files will be zipped up and you can download them as normal. Obviously, if they are already in a zip archive, just right click on the archive and choose download.

Unzip the archive using an archive tool like 7-zip (free) or Win Zip (not free). The Readme.pdf file contains the list of files and a copy of the licence that was sent with the invoice.
