Don't be confused by the title - this is a restaurant at the bottom end of a golf course! By all accounts, the chef is somewhat larger than life, and really wanted something a little different to reflect his rare personality. I am not sure when the ideas of a Strauss style waltz with accompanying Yum-Yums actually surfaced, but the A Cappella version is truly visionary! Both are below.
