A Western theme, full on big band, a barbershop, and a 1970s singing family? What on earth have we been up to? It must be that music stuff doing its bit for advertising.

The trick with doing music that has more than a little bit of fun in it is to do it really, really well. If you want something that the Partridge Family or the Brady Bunch may have done, you have to approach it as seriously as possible, In this case, get Kim Chandler to stand up really straight, put an incredibly innocent face on and be really "earnest" about the lyrics. Same applies to all the other musicians, and let me tell you, for this track for Sita UK, a recycling company, Jumpers and Flairs were being worn everywhere!

Meanwhile, downtown the boys were up late and strutting their stuff down the sidewalk. The trouble with a product like Absolutely Fabulous Tanning is, to be honest, the name. It is really important to be as far away from the programme as possible, and the client does not want the confusion either. So roll on out the spirit of all those great crooners from the forties and fifties and a bit of no-holds-barred swing!

The camera pans across LA and takes us on a journey into the desert, and as the swing fades into the distance, the sound of a sentimental harmonica player greets us - yep, you guessed it, it is a Chevrolet Advert! In this case for a company called WH Brand. Now, I have been with them before so this was a revisit. A bit of cool western country and finishing off with some straight American rock wraps these cars up nicely.

Cambridge Kitchens is another revisit, this time because they have changed their name - Cambridge Kitchens AND Bathrooms. Now, there was no way I was going to fit the extra room into the old jingle, and it was time for a refresh anyway. We wanted to keep the same line "Heart of your Home" sung in the same style, which meant that we also wanted to use the same singer who had most inconveniently just gone to Australia for a month! Well, that is what the Internet is for (we will ignore the timezones) and Kim managed to find a studio out there and we did it that way. Nice sound too!

Just time to squeeze in five gentlemen being very silly. Barbershop silly in this case. Well, when a company comes along with the name Gasway, what else do you do? Do it the Gas Way, of course!
